Urban field offers a design advisory service informing you of the most sensible approach in designing your extension and the best option for getting it built on time and on budget. The service allows for one of our design consultants to meet you at your home, listen to your needs, your budget, your special circumstances, and then design and sketch out the most appropriate extension for you. In a friendly and relaxed consultation you can ask all the questions you have about the design, the planning process, building permits, energy efficiency, regulations, types of products, finding the right builder, etc. and expect clear and frank answers. The consultation usually lasts between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Within seven working days, a report will be sent to you with your initial design drafted, an itemised cost estimate for the construction as well as any relevant information you will need to proceed further with your project. Urban field offers feasibility reports for clients considering developing their properties as dual occupancy sites. The service allows for one of our design consultants meet with you at the intended site and to discuss the issues involved in developing your property, and sub-dividing. A design approach is generated on site and then further developed back in our office, taking into account the relevant planning objectives and regulations. Within seven working days, a report will be sent to you with your initial design drafted, an itemised cost estimate for the construction as well as an assessment as to the overall viability of the project. Urban field has not had a Planning Application / Permit refused for any of their domestic projects, including dual occupancy developments. Price : $795 (incl.
